Oregon Porch
Privacy Policy

Who Operates The Site
Oregon Porch is a public-facing project operated by Emma Rose Holdings LLC. It does not publish an operator name, street address, or email address. Privacy questions and requests use the site feedback form.
Browsing And Search
Oregon Porch does not require an account. Its hosting and security provider can process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested path, time, and security signals. Those records are controlled in part by the provider's settings and retention rules.
Site search runs in your browser after downloading a search index. On the search page, the query is kept in the page address so results can survive navigation and the back button. That address can appear in normal hosting request logs. Do not put private or sensitive information in a search box. Oregon Porch does not currently send raw search terms to a separate first-party analytics endpoint.
Feedback Notes
If feedback is enabled and you send a note, Oregon Porch receives the note type, message, optional reply email, page path, page title, content type, and timestamps. The endpoint removes the page query and fragment before delivery, so search text and other query details are not included in the feedback record.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam checks. The endpoint briefly combines the request IP address and browser user-agent into a keyed, one-way rate-limit value. A configured rate-limit record expires after about two minutes. The raw IP address, raw user-agent, and rate-limit value are not included in the delivered feedback note.
When feedback is enabled, the production endpoint delivers the note through Resend to a private recipient. The form remains disabled when the spam check or the complete private Resend configuration is missing. Delivery addresses and provider credentials are not published.
Retention
Oregon Porch removes raw feedback messages and optional reply emails from its private Resend delivery records within 12 months, unless a record is still needed for an active correction, a security issue, a legal requirement, or an ongoing reply. A source correction or maintenance record may remain after sender contact details are removed. Hosting, security, spam-check, and delivery providers may keep their own operational records under their policies.
Advertising And Outside Sites
Oregon Porch may later use advertising or affiliate services. If activated, those services may process interaction or device information under their own policies, and the site will identify the relationship through its disclosure surfaces. Oregon Porch does not sell feedback messages or optional reply addresses. Outside public agencies and other linked sites follow their own privacy practices after you leave Oregon Porch.
Your Choices
You can browse without sending feedback and can leave the reply email blank. Use the feedback form to ask what feedback record may be associated with your email, or to request correction or deletion. Include only the information needed to locate the record. Do not send identity documents, account numbers, or other sensitive records.
Changes And Contact
This policy may change when hosting, analytics, advertising, spam protection, or feedback delivery changes. The date above identifies the current version. Use the feedback form for privacy questions; Oregon Porch does not publish an operator mailbox.
