For Clackamas County permits, the address and work type choose the office
Unincorporated properties use the county for all building-permit types, while responsibility inside cities can still vary by permit type.

Inside a city, the city and county may divide permit work by type. Check the current city table before you apply. A city mailing address alone does not choose the permit office.
